Who are we?

Calabria Magna is an initiative of two Dutchmen, presently living in Calabaria. They are:

	Gerard de Lange: Before coming to live in Calabria I worked for 38 years at a secondary school in Holland as a French teacher and job councillor. I also coordinated the international exchange programme.
	Gos Krijger: In Holland I worked as a cultural consultant My main interests are culture and nature. I live in Melito di Porto where I work as an artist and give painting lessons.

The province of Calabria and especially Reggio Calabria is as yet unmarred by tourism and because we have found so much to enjoy and admire here we would like to share our enthusiasm with like-minded people who are looking for a holiday with a difference, not too remote but unknown territory all the same.

Living in the area we are familiar with its ways and we can give immediate and adequate help and advice should any problem occur. We don not operate from a distance but are organisers
who personally see to it that your holiday is carefree.

Every B&B, apartment, agriturismo (farm house) and hotel has been chosen carefully and we maintain good relations with the owners.

The theme trips are also carefully checked and evaluated.
